Top-rated drivers who have received additional training from Uber’s fleet partners will be operating vehicles for riders. Passenger comfort is given top priority during the in-app booking process, enabling customized experiences like luggage assistance, temperature control, and silent mode. More flexibility is provided to riders via a 5-minute pickup window that they can take advantage of without having to pay waiting costs.
Uber Black passengers will benefit from in-car amenities and journey customization options. For example, passengers might request a quiet journey so they can concentrate on their job or pre-cool the car before boarding.
