In an important step to change the electric mobility scene in India, Hala Mobility, a top multi-modal electric mobility platform that enables intelligent, easily accessible means of transport, and Rilox EV, a sustainable and reliable player in the B2B and B2C EV market, have announced a multi-year OEM partnership. The creation of long-term value through strategic cooperation as opposed to transactional involvement is in line with this alliance.

Nearly 20,000 electric 2W vehicles will be deployed as part of the strategic partnership, beginning with low-speed models and expanding to high-speed versions. Every month, some 400 cars will be introduced, with an emphasis on high-end, fleet-optimized models designed for high-use settings.

Rilox Ev will introduce its unrivaled Spark Elite 2W model, which is renowned for its unparalleled performance, safety, and longevity at an affordable cost. Perfect for fleet operators, gig workers, and city commuters.

“In a market with many EV players, we were looking for more than just a vehicle but a partner aligned with our vision and values,” said Srikanth Reddy, founder and CEO of Hala Mobility. Strong engineering skills, dependable services, and a dedication to fundamental operating principles made Rilox EV stand out. In addition to being scalable and reasonably priced, their fleet-ready cars are also constructed with a thorough awareness of what it takes to meet India’s changing urban mobility requirements. This collaboration is ideal for driving our steady and long-term national prosperity.

“This is one of the biggest collaborations in the EV sector,” stated Avesh Memon, founder and CEO of Rilox EV. The success of Rilox is fueled by its robust dealer network, which has a significant local impact. Compounding entrepreneurial value and inclusive growth are principles that Rilox EV upholds.

As we continue to grow our presence and influence in the electric mobility market, the CEO of Rilox EV went on to say, “We’re also actively in discussions with other companies for collaborations on our loader vehicle range.”

This OEM agreement is more than just a product agreement; it is a shared vision for a mobility environment that is cleaner, smarter, and more connected. The partnership creates a solid, scalable basis for India’s electric future by combining Hala Mobility’s operational and technology expertise with Rilox EV’s unparalleled engineering and service capabilities.
