      Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. (WIML) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Triton EV, a leading electric car manufacturer based in the United States. This five-year collaboration aims to reshape the electric vehicle scene in India and the UAE.

      The crucial MOU signing ceremony took place at Wardwizard’s Head Office in Vadodara. This game-changing partnership was signed by Triton EV’s founder, Himanshu Patel, and Yatin Sanjay Gupte, Chairman and Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited.

      Triton EV has appointed WIML as its production partner for battery-powered trucks in India and the UAE as part of this strategic relationship. WIML will also increase its manufacturing capacity to create two-wheelers and three-wheelers for the Triton EV. The agreement demonstrates a shared commitment to promoting the expansion of the electric vehicle industry, which aligns with government ambitions for cleaner mobility.

      Notably, Triton EV is committed to transferring technology for hydrogen battery packs in two and three-wheelers to WIML, along with crucial technology assistance for production line setup and expansion in India.

      An exceptional facet of this collaboration is the mutual agreement to share vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless business operations. Moreover, WIML will actively participate in vendor development for both entities, fortifying a robust and interconnected supply chain.

      Aligned with its dedication to environmental sustainability, WIML aims to initiate the production of hydrogen battery-operated Trucks, two-wheelers, and three-wheelers in India in collaboration with Triton EV. This ambitious venture resonates with the shared vision of driving innovation and environmental responsibility in the electric vehicle domain.

      Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte, Chairman & Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd., expressed enthusiasm about the partnership’s potential to redefine the electric vehicle landscape by merging manufacturing expertise with Triton’s cutting-edge technology. He emphasized WardWizard’s commitment to supporting Triton EV in manufacturing electric vehicles for the India and UAE markets.

      Himanshu Patel, Founder of Triton EV, hailed the MOU as a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy into new markets. He praised Wardwizard’s skilled workforce and top-tier manufacturing capabilities, anticipating a strengthened presence in India and the UAE markets through advanced products and technology.

      This MOU signifies a substantial leap towards embracing green mobility solutions in India and the UAE. The collaboration between WIML and Triton EV is poised to significantly contribute to the electric vehicle transition, aligning with the nations’ sustainable transportation goals.
