Electric motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has strengthened its retail and service network with the launch of six new Experience Centres across Mumbai and Pune within just 48 hours. This strategic move aims to enhance customer access to Ultraviolette’s electric bikes, streamline sales, and provide integrated after-sales services.

      New Locations and Offerings

The newly launched UV Space Stations are located in key areas:

      • Mumbai: Andheri, Vashi, Thane

      • Pune: Shivajinagar, Baner, Kharadi

These centres provide a comprehensive ownership experience, including test rides, vehicle sales, after-sales service, genuine spares, accessories, and maintenance support. Customers can explore Ultraviolette’s premium electric motorcycles, such as the X-47 Crossover, F77 MACH 2, and F77 SuperStreet, all under one roof.

      Enhancing Customer Experience

The new Experience Centres are designed to deliver a seamless buyer-to-owner journey. By integrating sales and servicing, Ultraviolette ensures riders have convenient access to essential services, from purchasing to ongoing maintenance. The expansion supports the company’s goal to boost EV adoption in Maharashtra by offering a localised, hands-on ownership experience.

      Market Significance

India’s electric two-wheeler market is witnessing rapid growth, particularly in urban hubs like Mumbai and Pune. Reliable access to sales and service centres is crucial for enhancing consumer confidence in EVs. With these new outlets, Ultraviolette not only improves brand visibility but also strengthens after-sales support, encouraging adoption of high-performance electric motorcycles.

      Company Statement

Ultraviolette emphasises that the rapid expansion demonstrates its commitment to providing superior customer experiences and accelerating India’s transition to sustainable and smart mobility solutions. The company plans to continue scaling its retail footprint across other key cities in the country.
