In October, VinFast delivered more than 11,000 electric vehicles (EVs), increasing its 2024 sales total to over 51,000 EVs. As a result of this success, VinFast is now the best-selling car brand in Vietnam for October and the first ten months of 2019. The business is still confident in its capacity to maintain its market-leading position at home and support Vietnam’s green transportation revolution.

With more than 11,000 EVs delivered in October—a 21% increase over the previous month—VinFast maintained its impressive performance. With almost 5,000 and more than 2,600 units sold, respectively, the VF 3 and VF 5 models were the best sellers.

The company has supplied more than 51,000 EVs to Vietnam since the year began. VinFast is well-positioned to hold onto its dominant market share and widen its lead over rivals because to a high volume of pre-orders, increased production capacity, and an expanding network of dealerships and charging stations.

VinFast’s accomplishment of surpassing international rivals in just over five years to become the top-selling car brand in its native market is noteworthy. Within two years of switching to an all-electric lineup, it also became the first electric vehicle brand to dominate the market, outperforming gasoline-powered vehicles.

This expansion shows how well VinFast’s environmentally friendly cars are received by customers and demonstrates Vietnam’s prowess in the high-tech industry. Vietnam is one of the few nations where an indigenous EV brand dominates the car market, thanks to the company’s performance.

In Vietnam, VinFast presently sells seven different kinds of electric vehicles, from mini-SUVs to E-SUVs, at affordable prices that appeal to a broad spectrum of consumers. In an effort to support the global transition to electric mobility, the company is also growing its footprint abroad.
