Vietnam’s top electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, VinFast, announced a historic milestone in November 2024: the delivery of more than 16,000 EVs, the best monthly sales record for any Vietnamese automaker in the previous ten years. This accomplishment solidifies VinFast’s status as the leading car brand in its home market by bringing its year-to-date domestic sales to over 67,000 units.

With an average of almost 530 cars delivered each day, November’s record reflects an astounding 40% increase over October 2024. The increase in deliveries highlights Vietnam’s rapid shift to green mobility and the rising public support for environmentally friendly transportation options.

VinFast has quickly grown its service network to meet the increasing demand, and it currently runs more than 120 service centers throughout Vietnam. VinFast’s position as the top vehicle brand in the nation is cemented by its broad coverage, which guarantees prompt client service.

VinFast held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new facility that was entirely demolished in Ha Tinh, Vietnam, as part of an effort to increase production. Phase 1 of the factory is anticipated to be operational by July 2025, with an emphasis on producing the VF 3 and VF 5 models. The facility is built to meet the demands of both the domestic and foreign markets by producing up to 300,000 vehicles a year.

VinFast’s November milestone and ongoing investments in production and service underscore its commitment to shaping Vietnam’s green mobility future. With a strong backlog of pre-orders and increasing production capabilities, the company is on track to achieve its global delivery target for 2024.
