About nine months after the F77 was introduced on the market, Ultraviolette’s electric sports saw the release of the improved “Mach 2” model. The F77 was the first product released by Bangalore-based firm Ultraviolette in 2022. The F77 Mach 2 upgrade from Ultraviolette, which enhances the F77 platform and adds several new capabilities, is now available.

To make the F77 Mach 2 safer than before, a plethora of additional technological features have been included as part of the “Performance Pack.” To begin with, Ultraviolette has made modifications to the braking system. These include an upgraded ABS system with a front-only ABS mode that disables the rear ABS while activating the front ABS. Three degrees of traction control have also been included (Rain, city, and track).

Level 1 is the least obtrusive, and Level 3 is the most. The ‘find my F77’ function, hill hold assistance, a TPMS (Optional on both models), the option to set a charge limit, new display themes, and onboard navigation that will be incorporated into the display are all additional features that Ultraviolette has introduced.

For the first 1000 clients, the performance pack is presently included in the introductory price; after that, it will be extra. It’s also important to note that while most of these features are still optional for the regular F77 Mach 2, they will be standard on the F77 Mach 2 Recon.

The F77 Mach 2 and F77 Mach 2 Recon boast a higher IDC range of 211km and 323km respectively. While performance remains unchanged. The F77 Mach 2 has been launched at an introductory price of Rs. 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom Bangalore) and Rs. 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom Bangalore) for the F77 Mach 2 Recon. Bookings for both motorcycles will be open across 15 cities starting today. Ultraviolette also has plans of expansion of its dealership network with 18 to 20 new locations across India.
