The dedicated mobile application available on both Android and IOS allows users to track their rides, monitor the condition of their batteries, or even locate their bike if misplaced. The application also allows users to customize their riding experience. Users can switch between eco, regular, and sport modes which vary in the level of power assistance provided.
Though comparable e-cycles by popular brands tend to range between ₹45,000 and ₹80,000, the Jio Electric Cycle is just ₹29,999, with luxury versions priced at ₹34,999 and ₹39,999.
Apart from individual benefits, the Jio Electric Cycle is a giant leap towards greener urban mobility. For short- to medium-distance transportation, each e-cycle on the road can potentially substitute carbon-spewing vehicles.
