      Simple Energy announces aggressive expansion plans for 2025, including 150 new stores and 200 service centers across multiple cities, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, etc. With 10 stores already operational and 1,500+ deliveries, the company has marked its footprint in five states of South India following its commercial launch in May 2023.

      In India, the two-wheeler EV segment has experienced significant growth, with retail sales increasing by 33% to 1.14 million units in CY2024. Currently operating in key markets such as Bangalore, Goa, Pune, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Vizag, and Kochi, Simple Energy has already observed strong demand for its flagship models. Recognizing the rapid growth of EV adoption in India’s Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, the company has strategically planned to expand its presence nationwide. It aims to establish new stores and service centres across 23 states, including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Gujarat, Kerala, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and West Bengal. With an aggressive network expansion strategy and a continued focus on performance and sustainability, Simple Energy aims to solidify its position as India’s leading super EV brand, setting new benchmarks in the electric two-wheeler industry.

      Simple Energy is committed to advancing electric mobility through the development of cutting-edge EV components, including high-performance, long-lasting batteries that prioritize reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. At its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, the company produces precision-engineered electric vehicles that embody its dedication to quality and sustainability. The company till now has raised a total of $41 Mn in Pre-series A and Series A round from the angel investors and family offices like Balamurugan Arumugam, Chief Growth Officer, Klarity-SaaS startup, Apar Industries’ promoters, the Haran family office, Dr A Velumani’s family office, and the Vasavi family office among others.
