In a major milestone for India’s smart mobility ecosystem, Blyp (formerly known as ParkMate), a leading smart parking solutions provider, has made headlines with its feature on Zed TV and ZEE5’s entrepreneurial reality show, IdeaBaaz. The appearance spotlighted the company’s cutting-edge parking innovations and its vision to simplify how India parks its cars.

The 4th episode of IdeaBaaz aired on 2nd November 2025, featuring Blyp’s co-founders, Dhananjaya Bharadwaj (CEO) and Abhimanyu Singh (COO). They shared the company’s inspiring journey, technological breakthroughs, and how Blyp is addressing one of India’s biggest urban challenges—the lack of safe, efficient, and hassle-free parking spaces.

Blyp’s app-based solution allows users to find and park their vehicles within just two minutes, creating a seamless digital parking experience. By combining real-time data, AI-driven analytics, and user-friendly design, Blyp is building a more connected and sustainable urban mobility ecosystem.

Adding to the excitement, Blyp announced that it has raised ₹50 lakh in fresh funding from Mr Sandesh Sharda, a popular investor on the show and a key supporter of Indian startups. The funding will enhance its technology stack, expand operations across metro and Tier-2 cities, and onboard more commercial partners, including malls, corporates, and institutional clients, as part of an ongoing bridge round following the company’s pre-series A.

“Being featured on IdeaBaaz is a proud moment for our entire team,” said Dhananjaya Bharadwaj, Co-founder & CEO of Blyp. “It’s a platform that celebrates innovation, and we’re thrilled to showcase how Blyp is transforming the parking experience in India. With this new funding, we aim to accelerate our expansion and make parking faster, smarter, and more sustainable for millions.”

Abhimanyu Singh, co-founder & COO, added:

“Our vision has always been to make parking effortless through technology. From solving everyday issues like availability and manual payments to creating digital-first ecosystems for corporates and smart cities — Blyp is redefining convenience and impact at scale.”

Currently, Blyp operates across Delhi-NCR and multiple smart cities, where it’s revolutionising the parking experience through automation, digital payments, and real-time parking availability. The company’s quick-parking app has been instrumental in reducing congestion, improving parking efficiency, and promoting a paperless, contactless experience for urban commuters.

As Blyp continues to grow, its recognition on IdeaBaaz reinforces its position as a frontrunner in India’s legal-tech and smart mobility space—combining innovation, convenience, and sustainability to shape the future of parking.
