We will continue to support the initiative and enhance our presence within the EV ecosystem and would like to extend our gratitude to the Switch Delhi EV Campaign and all supporting partners”.

The Delhi Electric Vehicles (EV) policy was introduced by the Government of NCT of Delhi, on August 7th 2020. The policy was put into place with a vision to make Delhi the EV capital of India.

The policy was implemented in stages following the launch and now the EV sales in 2022 are averaging about 10 percent every month in 2022, with the highest being in March 2022 at 12.5 percent.
