Multiple screens with videos and animations are used to explain the assembly process in detail. The initiative is praised for addressing the shortage of skilled manpower in the electric vehicle industry.

The 6-month EV Masterclass program is open to diploma and engineering students, offering hands-on training and placement support.

The skill academy also provides hostel facilities for up to 300 students.
