The name of Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited’s (MLMML) newest electric commercial four-wheeler is “e-ZEO.” The name, which stands for “Zero Emission Option,” highlights the company’s dedication to electrifying last-mile transportation while improving client livelihoods and represents the environmental benefits of the vehicle.
In the small commercial vehicle (SCV) market, which has historically been dominated by internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, the “e-ZEO” has the potential to have a big influence. With its high-voltage architecture, the “e-ZEO” offers faster charging times, more range, and better energy efficiency—all of which make it an appealing option for companies seeking to implement sustainable practices.
On World EV Day, Mahindra revealed the name in an effort to promote environmentally friendly transportation across the globe. Launching the “e-ZEO” demonstrates Mahindra’s dedication to assisting the global transition to more environmentally friendly transportation choices.
Speaking on the occasion, Suman Mishra, MD & CEO of Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, said, “After leading the market with electric three-wheelers, it is our pleasure to introduce the brand name of our new four-wheeler, ‘e-ZEO’, on World EV Day. This name embodies our purpose and aligns with global efforts to accelerate electric vehicle adoption, especially in the sub-two-tonne category. Backed by the Mahindra legacy, the ‘e-ZEO’ is set to revolutionize urban logistics and boost prosperity for our customers.”
