Livguard has acquired Emuron Technologies, an battery swapping and battery intelligence solutions provider for electric two- and three-wheelers.
The company has a proprietary portfolio of battery swapping and IoT solutions tailored for two- and three-wheelers.
Livguard on the other hand, is an established player working in the field of inverters, automotive batteries, solar solutions, and lithium batteries, and this acquisition will further strengthen its position in the energy transition two- and three-wheelers.
