We’re looking for an engineer who can be the technical bridge between Maxwell’s R&D Team and the Customer, and help integrate Maxwell’s products into the customer’s end application.
- Understand Maxwell’s Products and Ecosystem better than anyone at Maxwell
- Gather, review & document requirements from the customers for current/new projects.
- Create and maintain high quality documentation for the customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their goals and track project progress
- Help key customers through the activation journey by onboarding & solving issues to ensure smooth integration of the BMS in their end-application.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 2+ years of past experience as a Design Engineer / System Engineer / Application Engineer in Embedded Systems
- Experience with EVs (preferably batteries)
- Hands-on experience with Embedded Systems.
- Extremely good communication skills.
- Extremely good analytical skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles
Nice to have
- Experience in Battery Management System (BMS) design
- Experience of leading a team
