We’re seeking a self-motivated IT Support Intern to assist our IT team with day-to-day support and infrastructure maintenance. This role is ideal for freshers with a basic understanding of IT systems and a strong eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Provide basic support for OS-level issues (Windows/Linux) and software installation.
- Support internal users with IT issues via in-person, chat, or email.
- Help maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and update system documentation.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding tasks including email, system, and access setup.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Keen interest in IT systems, troubleshooting, and enterprise tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related
field.
