YOUR TASKS
- Configuration, management, and maintenance for Ivanti EPM for multiple technical areas (+95000 clients) upgrades and testing.
- Utilize tooling for inventory, monitoring, client agent health, remote control, policies, software distribution, patch management, license monitoring, OS provisioning.
- Windows Client OS and Software deployment automation and fine tuning
- Drive or participate in the study phase and evolution of new technologies and systems
- Develop / customize scripts and reports / interfaces with systems with cross functional teams and departments. Review, testing and validation of software applications and packages
- Creating documentations concerning the systems, processes, and system components. Participate and contribute to projects of other IT departments.
- Run projects, provide L3 support and define standards in Forvia’s IT Client Management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Ability to manage projects, work on own initiative and as part of the team
- Extensive background in endpoint technologies (Hardware & Software)
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure core services (AD, GPO, Networking, Security)
- Working knowledge of Client Operating Systems
- Scripting knowledge, e.g. AutoIT, PowerShell.
- Experience with Desktop Management solutions like Ivanti EPM or Intune.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and work in international teams and show intercultural interest.
