As a Business Process Specialist , your responsibilities include maintaining documentation and systems related to M&E Specifications and Technical documentation, change management of the documentation, maintain and track systems with a customer focus, including communication with all Organization levels. You would be engaged in developing and implementing processes that support manufacturing engineering. A considerable amount of creativity and initiative will need to be exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment, ability to solve problems, willingness to help others and manage a significant amount of work in a fast-paced organization. You will be based in GM Technical Center India, Bangalore and will have to work with multiple stake holders at GMNA GPS center.

Knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of GPS Manufacturing Engineering / Operations processes.
- Proficient knowledge of integration processes between Central ME and GPS Operations plants.
- Proficient knowledge of GM-GMS Principles and Workplace safety systems.
- Proficient knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Good knowledge of Automotive Vehicle / Propulsions System processes and product launch
- Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office applications

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile Engineering.
Experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing / manufacturing engineering experience in Automobile / Powertrain Engineering Industry.
