In collaboration with Kempower, GLIDA erected 200KW high-power public chargers at DLF Cyberpark Gurugram. In India, GLIDA provides public EV charging solutions, and Kempower is a Finnish company that specializes in DC fast chargers.

GLIDA has expanded to manage 20 charging points in Cyber City with the installation of a 200KW Kempower charger with six satellite charging points at DLF Cyberpark. This program helps GLIDA achieve its objective of building an extensive charging network, which aligns with their brand philosophy (#AllLightsGreen) of encouraging e-mobility.

Awadhesh K. Jha, Executive Director of GLIDA, emphasized their commitment to innovation and advancing the electric mobility industry in India with the installation of the new 200KW Kempower charger. He highlighted plans for future superfast charging sites to enhance EV user experience and promote wider electric vehicle adoption.

Kumaran W R, Executive Director – Technical, DLF Rental Business, emphasized DLF’s commitment to sustainability and promoting energy-efficient commuting solutions, including the adoption of Electric Vehicles for personal use.

Kempower chargers offer efficient charging capabilities, enabling faster EV charging and top-ups for a streamlined driving experience. These chargers are anticipated to accelerate the adoption of electric commercial mobility solutions, including buses and trucks, by reducing charge times significantly. GLIDA has been innovating in the Indian EV sector since 2017, pioneering remote charging technology and introducing India’s first 50kW Fast CCS charger.
