Fasmho Energy has partnered with Cyantron Synergies to co-develop and manufacture high-voltage battery systems valued at more than $180 million over the next three years. Fasmho’s intelligent battery management units (BMUs) are expected to account for more than US$10 million, representing a significant step forward in the home development of dependable, indigenous solutions for the Indian EV industry.

Fasmho Energy and Cyantron Synergies have formed a cooperation to meet India’s growing demand for high-voltage energy storage solutions, particularly for non-stationary applications like electric buses and trucks. The alliance seeks to establish itself as a significant supplier of globally benchmarked energy storage solutions to EV manufacturers in India by using Fasmho’s expertise in battery intelligence and Cyantron’s expertise in advanced cell design and battery pack manufacturing.

Abdul Azeez Khan, CEO of Fasmho Energy, said, “India is currently witnessing an EV revolution, with towns and cities placing record orders for clean and energy-efficient electric public buses and other large vehicles. Supported by our robust manufacturing ecosystem, OEMs are choosing to make in India, and we are excited to partner with Cyantron Synergies to develop and produce advanced and intelligent integrated energy storage solutions for high-voltage use cases. Be it the manufacturing of electric buses or trucks, our solution will be a shot in the arm for manufacturers in India by reducing import reliance on such critical components.”

Mohammed UbeduddinIn, Director of Cyantron Synergies, shared, “In our journey supporting hundreds of clients in the EV domain, we noticed a critical gap in reliable electrical monitoring for Advanced Chemistry Energy Storage Solutions. Our solution integrates intelligent algorithms seamlessly into the EV Eco-System, ensuring real-time issue resolution. Cyantron, expanding from cell design to cell manufacturing and battery pack assemblies, aims to be the ultimate solution provider. Through our strategic partnership with Fasmho Energy, we aim to deliver a robust and intelligent energy storage solution for EVs and advance our vision for a greener future.”
