      ELFONZE Unveils Embedded Software Developer Bootcamp

      Elfonze Technologies has introduced Embedded Software Developer Bootcamp Training Program in collaboration with ssc NASSCOM.

      The official MoU signing for the implementation of the Embedded software developer Bootcamp training took place recently, marking a significant milestone in advancing the Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) industry.

      Designed by industry subject matter experts (SMEs), this bootcamp program has been strategically crafted to address entry-level talent supply issues, reduce the need for extensive training by enterprises for industry-specific roles, and enhance the productivity of entry-level talent through a joint curriculum, courseware, assessment, and certification.

      Under the esteemed mentorship of Jayachandra Aradhya, CTO-ESDM at Elfonze Technologies, and a team of Innovate Heads, Staff Engineers, and Industry experienced trainers, students will have the unique opportunity to work in Elfonze’ s state-of-the-art lab, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies on real-world projects.

With a remarkable surge in demand and scope both in India and abroad, the program strategically prepares students to capitalize on the numerous opportunities in the automotive, communications, medical, IoT and related sectors”.

      The 480-hour Embedded Software Developer Bootcamp Training Program offers comprehensive training, including 210 hours of instructor-led training, 180 hours of instructor-assisted lab work, and 90 hours of on-the-job training or project work.

      The program aligns with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 5 and is developed in collaboration with industry experts from various sectors. Selected through a rigorous evaluation process, bootcamp training partner Elfonze Technologies will be responsible for enrolling and training students based on industry recruitment forecasts.

      The final assessment conducted by ssc NASSCOM ensures adherence to NSQF standards, with successful candidates earning 16 credits in their National Skill Passport, validating their proficiency in industry-specific skills.

      Notably, the Embedded Software Developer Bootcamp Training Program has a 100% job placement assistance for students upon successful completion, with added benefit of the recruiting company providing a refund of INR 30000, when candidate joins the company.
