      Rohit Srivastava has been named Chief Growth Officer of EV business EKA. He will be in charge of product management, sales, marketing, and business growth.

      Sudhir Mehta, Founder and Chairman of EKA Mobility, said, “His vast experience and proven track record in the commercial vehicles and EV sectors make him an invaluable addition to our team. We are confident that his leadership will drive our mission of transforming the electric mobility landscape.”

      With more than thirty years of noteworthy expertise in sales and marketing, Srivastava has been instrumental in building long-lasting companies. He started his career at TATA Motors and worked his way up to hold a number of prestigious roles in the organization. At TATA Motors Ltd., where he held his most recent role as Business Head – Commercial Vehicles Passenger (CVP), he was in charge of leading the electrification initiative and promoting the use of EVs in the public transportation sector, which included buses, vans, and minivans.

      An engineer by training and a CII-Fulbright fellow, he is well-known for his customer-centric approach, lean thinking, and value chain optimisation. His ability to create product strategies, establish project QCT objectives, and drive product development, testing, and validation has been critical in establishing EV portfolios and tech stacks for EV products.
