In various cities like Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, Hisar, Indore, Delhi, Karimnagar, Salem, Bangalore, Malapuram, Belgaum, Nanded, Sangli, Thanjavur, and Kundli, Citroën India has expanded its showroom count to fifteen. Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, Hisar, Indore, Salem, and Bangalore are among the seven more workshops that have been established. Citroën now has 145 touchpoints overall in India thanks to this expansion.

Citroën’s Network Expansion Program (NEP), which was introduced in March 2024 and aims to achieve 200 sales and service touchpoints by the end of the year, is credited with the rise. The company has already given dealers in strategic regions Letters of Intent, and in the next two months, it intends to open 12 new showrooms and 8 new workshops.

Shishir Mishra, Brand Director of Citroën India, stated that the expansion aims to ensure a Citroën touchpoint is within 100 kilometers of every customer, providing service and support nationwide.

Currently running more than 60 service locations, the L’Atelier Citroën aftersales network intends to grow to 100 by year’s end and 150 by 2025. Citroën Certified Trained Technicians and staff are employed by the network to guarantee the availability of genuine parts and value-added goods with Citroën-approved infrastructure, tools, and equipment. Additionally, some establishments provide Service On Wheels for basic repairs right at the customers’ door.
