      With more than 1,000 reservations made for its premium sport sedan, the BYD SEAL, in India, BYD India has reached a noteworthy milestone. This achievement, which came about just over two months after the car’s introduction, highlights how much demand there is in the nation for BYD’s cutting-edge electric automobiles. The spike in reservations is indicative of consumers’ increasing desire for luxury electric cars (EVs) that are competitively priced, highly performing, and technologically advanced.

      Indian customers have taken notice of the BYD India SEAL because of its remarkable performance and appealing price. The car is offered in three different variants: Performance, Dynamic, and Premium. Its characteristics are designed to accommodate a wide range of driving styles.

      The Premium version has an amazing driving range of 650 km on a single charge, while the Performance variation boasts an impressive 0-to-100 km/h acceleration in just 3.8 seconds. With costs starting at ₹41,00,000 and going up to ₹53,00,000 (ex-showroom), BYD India hopes to reach a wider range of Indian automobile owners with environmentally friendly EVs.

      Senior Vice President of BYD India Electric Passenger Vehicle Business, Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, expressed satisfaction in reaching the 1,000 booking milestone and credited the increase in demand for opulent and high-performing electric cars in India. He underlined BYD’s dedication to providing innovative electric mobility solutions that provide exhilarating driving experiences at cost-effective pricing. According to Gopalakrishnan, the BYD SEAL will transform the Indian market thanks to its remarkable range, safety features, and award-winning technology.

      The BYD India SEAL has been recognized with an iF Design Award and incorporates advanced features like Cell to Body (CTB) technology and intelligence Torque Adaption Control (iTAC). Built on the updated e-Platform 3.0, the car offers optional rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, advanced suspensions, and superior acceleration. Additionally, its aerodynamics and interior space are enhanced by the CTB technology, which integrates the battery within the chassis structure, ensuring safety and maximizing passenger comfort.

      Equipped with ADAS Level 2, NFC card integration, and 9 airbags, the BYD India  SEAL prioritizes safety alongside style and efficiency.
