Zen Mobility and Delhivery have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a long-term partnership focused on deploying purpose-built electric vehicles across India over the next 3–5 years.

The collaboration builds on an existing relationship of over two years, during which more than 500 Zen-built EVs have already been integrated into Delhivery’s logistics network. These vehicles have delivered up to 35% reduction in last-mile logistics costs and achieved 90–95% uptime in real-world operations.

      Partnership Overview

The rollout will include electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers, all designed, engineered, and manufactured in India by Zen Mobility. The vehicles will be customized to meet Delhivery’s operational needs across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities nationwide.

Zen Mobility’s fleet leasing division, Zen Flo, will manage deployment and ongoing fleet operations as the partnership scales.

      Sustainability and Scale

The initiative is expected to significantly reduce carbon emissions, with projections indicating the elimination of tens of thousands of tonnes of CO₂ annually. This positions the collaboration as one of India’s major green logistics efforts.

      Company Background

Zen Mobility specializes in purpose-built EVs for last-mile delivery and has deployed over 3,000 vehicles across enterprise clients. Its customer base includes major logistics and e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, Blinkit, Porter, and Blue Dart DHL.

The expanded partnership with Delhivery is expected to accelerate EV adoption in India’s logistics sector while improving cost efficiency and operational performance.
