The CSR arm of the Wardwizard Group of Companies, the Wardwizard Foundation, has opened “Samvardhanam – A Career Development Academy” in Vadodara. The programme combines student empowerment efforts with a comprehensive approach to education.
Founded under the motto “Empowering Students with the Most Powerful Tool: “Education,” Samvardhanam exemplifies, by its distinctive efforts, a complete approach to education. A year-long full-time coaching programme for the UPSC and GPSC, workshops, short- and part-term tutoring for all competitive examinations, a career guidance centre for higher education, an online employment coordination centre, and a scholarship information and awareness centre are some of these efforts. The Wardwizard Foundation will pay for all of the candidates’ educational costs if they want to register in the programmes.
One notable innovation is the Academy’s one-year full-time coaching curriculum for those hoping to enter the Civil Service, which employs a “Merit-based Selection” process. Those who pass the entrance exam are awarded full scholarships by the institution to pursue further studies.
