Fusion is a new line of lithium-ion commercial carts and low-speed vehicles (LSVs) that Waev Inc., a leader in right-sized electric vehicles (EVs), has formally introduced. Fusion is intended to satisfy the increasing demand for localised, sustainable fleet solutions. With six new models designed for utility and passenger transportation, Fusion is set to become the most complete product in the low-speed EV market.

Three passenger-focused and three utility-focused vehicles, available in both LSV and cart variants, are part of the Fusion lineup. Applications in the commercial, governmental, and industrial sectors are supported by the new range, ranging from campus operations and worksite transportation to security and hospitality.

Waev CEO Keith Simon stated, “Fusion strengthens Waev’s dedication to innovation, robustness, and long-term customer support.” “As a full-service partner, we offer everything from after-sales support to procurement, guaranteeing our fleet customers can grow with confidence.”

      Passenger Models (White Fleet):

      • Fusion 2+2: Compact four-passenger model for tight spaces and supervision roles
      • Fusion 4+2: Seats six, ideal for hospitality and parking shuttles
      • Fusion 6+2: High-capacity model for transporting up to eight passengers

      Utility Models (Matte Black):

      • Utility Short Bed: Designed for tight-space material transport
      • Utility Long Bed: Supports heavy payloads up to 1,100 lbs
      • Utility 4 Medium Bed: Combines crew transport with utility capabilities

All Fusion vehicles come standard with industry-leading features:

      • 105 AH Marxon® Li-ion battery with cold-weather insulation
      • Powder-coated frame, brush guard, AVAS system, and backup camera
      • Bluetooth diagnostics, 3-point seat belts, and LED lighting
      • Heated battery, full 5-year battery warranty, and 2-year vehicle warranty

LSVs are VIN-equipped, federally compliant, and, subject to state laws, road-legal at 25 mph in the United States, whereas carts are restricted to 19 mph and require municipal ordinance approval for road use.

      Entire Fleet Support & Personalisation

Fusion simplifies public procurement for governments and municipalities by being accessible through Sourcewell in the United States and Canoe in Canada. Dealers are qualified to provide expert advice, local delivery, and mobile servicing.

      Customisation options include:

      • Tire upgrades
      • Beacon lights
      • Ladder racks
      • Tool holders

The Growing EV Ecosystem of Waev

Waev’s already broad range of fleet solutions is strengthened with the Fusion launch:

Taylor-Dunn (tow tractors and industrial utilities)
Tiger (heavy-duty logistics and aviation towing)
GEM (utility and transport EVs that are legal on the street)
Fusion (local EVs based on carts)
