TVS Motor Company has introduced the TVS King Kargo HD EV, an all-electric cargo three-wheeler priced at Rs 3.85 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Designed specifically for urban and semi-urban logistics, the vehicle is aimed at making last-mile deliveries safer, more efficient, and technologically advanced for both drivers and businesses.

The King Kargo HD EV brings several segment-first features to the cargo three-wheeler category. It is equipped with LED headlamps and tail lamps to enhance visibility during night-time operations, ensuring safer deliveries. The spacious cabin with rolling windows offers improved comfort for drivers, while twin-axis mirrors provide better visibility and manoeuvrability in busy city traffic. The vehicle also features a Power Gear Mode, which provides extra torque, making it capable of handling heavier loads with ease.

Highlighting its technological edge, the King Kargo HD EV is India’s first Bluetooth-enabled cargo three-wheeler. It comes powered by TVS SmartXonnect, a platform that offers 26 smart features designed to enhance vehicle performance and driver experience. The vehicle integrates with the TVS Connect Fleet platform, a web-based system providing 31 advanced tools, including real-time tracking, remote asset control, and intelligent dashboards. This integration allows fleet operators to optimise delivery routes, maximise vehicle uptime, and increase operational efficiency.

Initially, the EV variant of the King Kargo HD will be available in Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, and Bengaluru, catering to regions with high logistics demand. TVS Motor Company has also announced plans to introduce a traditional fuel variant, such as CNG, by the end of 2025 to provide flexibility to businesses that prefer conventional energy sources.

Speaking at the launch, Rajat Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Mobility at TVS Motor Company, said, “The launch of the TVS King Kargo HD represents a transformative moment in the evolution of cargo mobility. It aligns with our broader ‘Re-Imagine 2030’ vision, focusing on sustainable, smart, and efficient logistics solutions.”

With this launch, TVS aims to set new benchmarks in the electric cargo segment, offering advanced technology, safety, and performance that address the growing needs of urban delivery operations.
