This strategic move comes with the company’s acquisition of 100% ownership of Engines Engineering S.p.A., an Italian automotive design and engineering leader renowned for its MotoGP expertise, advanced prototyping, and innovation in high-performance motorcycles.
The new Global CoE reinforces TVS Motor’s long-term vision of delivering premium, connected, and future-ready mobility solutions across international markets. By integrating Engines Engineering’s world-class capabilities with TVS Motor’s global R&D network, the CoE will act as a concept-to-product innovation hub aimed at enhancing speed to market, product differentiation, and technological leadership.

The acquisition and establishment of the CoE will not only strengthen TVS Motor’s premium and electric product pipeline but also provide a significant boost to Norton Motorcycles, the company’s iconic British brand.
