TVS Motor Company, a global leader in two- and three-wheelers, has launched the TVS NTORQ 150, positioning it as India’s quickest and first hyper sport scooter. Priced at an introductory ₹119,000 (ex-showroom, all India), the NTORQ 150 blends race-inspired performance, futuristic design, and advanced connectivity features for Gen Z riders.
Powered by a 149.7cc O3CTech engine, the NTORQ 150 delivers 13.2 PS at 7,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm torque at 5,500 rpm. It accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, achieving a top speed of 104 km/h, making it the fastest scooter in its segment.
The scooter’s design, inspired by stealth aircraft, features MULTIPOINT® projector headlamps, aerodynamic winglets, coloured alloy wheels, and a distinctive muffler note. Its hi-res TFT cluster offers 50+ connected features via TVS SmartXonnect™, including Alexa and smartwatch integration, live vehicle tracking, turn-by-turn navigation, and OTA updates.
In terms of safety, the NTORQ 150 introduces first-in-segment ABS and traction control, along with hazard lamps, crash alerts, and follow-me headlamps. Comfort enhancements include telescopic suspension, adjustable brake levers, a patented E-Z centre stand, and 22L under-seat storage.
