Make place for this Bengaluru beast.

In Europe, this Bengaluru-designed Indian electric racing bike is making waves. The Ultraviolett F77 was first introduced in the UK and is now being unveiled in Germany as well. The bike was seen on the streets with one of the company’s co-founders before its national debut, with fans crowding the beast. A video that shows more than a few German police officers inspecting the bike has gone viral.

In 2015, two engineering classmates named Narayan Subramaniam and Niraj Rajmohan started Ultraviolett Automotive. In March 2023, the Ultraviolett F77, the stable’s first horse, was introduced. The company has expanded its portfolio with more models, such as the F99, since the first debut. More Indians are searching for an EV solution that is globally benchmarked as fuel prices surge. There are very few scooters in the market, but none of the motorcycles are made and used in the country. Ultraviolett appears to fill the void.

Without any extra modifications, the yellow textured “Laser Afterburner” version of the Ultraviolett LSR F77 that went viral costs Rs 321,509 and is also offered as a service. The bike offers four traction control settings and ten regenerative braking settings. The bike comes free of charge with an ARC model valued at Rs 20,000. Additionally, the Ultraviolett bike comes with a standard charger that can charge the bike for up to 35 kilometres in an hour.
