Purchasing one of these four sedans is your best option if you want to travel a lot of miles in an electric vehicle in Europe.

You rarely see salespeople driving electric cars because they must travel long distances each day. However, Fifth Gear arranged four of the top three-box EVs in Europe to determine which is the greatest for long-distance travel. If they had to pick an EV, their best option would be a long-range electric sedan. In Europe, long-range electric sedans are becoming increasingly popular due to the impending implementation of the extremely strict Euro 7 emissions requirements.

The Tesla Model 3 and some of its longstanding competitors, the Hyundai Ioniq 6, BMW i4, and Volkswagen ID.7, are among the possibilities. To determine their suitability as representative mobiles and, thus, as reliable long-distance companions for any driver wishing to switch to electric vehicles, they underwent a number of tests. In addition to having a comfortable interior that is pleasant to look at and spend hours in, the perfect car for this purpose should be able to drive for long stretches of time without stopping.

Because a real sales representative would need to be able to fit their product samples, paperwork, and any additional clothing they might require, the trunk space is also important. If you take a long road trip, it should also be able to fit a family-sized assortment of travel bags.

Anyone wishing to purchase one of these vehicles should take the salesperson test because, if it’s good enough for someone who drives all day, it’s good enough for your less demanding everyday demands, like getting to work and occasionally taking longer trips.

The film starts off with the hosts, Jason Plato and Rory Reid, assuming that the Tesla Model 3 is the best. We have tested all of these vehicles in a variety of trim levels, and we concur that the Model 3 is an excellent all-rounder that performs well in the important areas at a fair price. Although it has the second-lo

ngest range in this class and is a great bargain for the money, its cabin isn’t the most roomy or opulent, and it has a little image issue that might turn off some buyers.

Although the BMW is the most costly and has the smallest range, its cabin is the most luxurious and conventional of the four. Though it’s a little boring to drive and look at, the VW boasts the roomiest cabin with the most legroom in the back. The two hosts claim that the Hyundai Ioniq 6 has the worst-feeling cabin of the four, and its navigation system was the only one that failed to pinpoint a specific destination for this test. Hyundai undoubtedly made the Ioniq 6 look distinctive, run far on a single charge, and be fun to drive.

After the Ioniq 6 was disqualified due to its interior and infotainment and the ID.7 was simply pushed out in the ride quality test, the test ultimately turned into a two-horse battle between the i4 and the Model 3.

Depending on your point of view, the Tesla remains the industry leader, but the BMW shows that the rest of the auto industry has caught up.
