One of the top football clubs in the Indian Super League (ISL), Jamshedpur FC, has announced a major agreement with Tata Motors, the country’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, to be the official automobile partner for the next three ISL seasons. Through this partnership, Jamshedpur FC will use the forthcoming ISL editions to promote Tata Motors’ Intra line of pick-up trucks, which are known for their greater load capacity and improved drivability.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the partnership, Shubhranshu Singh, Chief Marketing Officer of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, stated, “Football is more than just a sport – it unites people. This association is a natural fit, with both Tata Motors and Jamshedpur FC embodying the spirit of ‘Har Din Jitaye’ or ‘Win Everyday’. Just as Jamshedpur FC strives for success on the field, the Tata Intra is designed to help our customers achieve daily business victories. With its promise of uninterrupted performance and higher profitability, the Intra mirrors the excellence and dedication of Jamshedpur FC.”

As part of the collaboration, Jamshedpur FC’s official match jersey sleeves and team shorts will both prominently display the Tata Intra logo. Tata Intra advertising will also be shown on LED perimeter boards during every Jamshedpur FC home game, increasing the brand’s exposure to football supporters.

The well-known professional Jamshedpur FC won the ISL League Winners’ Shield during the 2021–2022 season, securing its first significant title. The club is well-supported, drawing an average of 20,000 people to matches. The squad distinguishes itself further by being the only football team in India to possess the renowned JRD Tata Sports Complex, which serves as both its senior and junior teams’ home stadium, and by having exclusive training facilities.

This relationship signifies a new phase in the continuous engagement between Tata Motors and Jamshedpur FC, highlighting their mutual commitment to excellence, reliability, and a competitive ethos.
