Talbros Automotive Components has announced that it has won new business from local and international customers across its business divisions, product sectors, and joint ventures, totaling roughly Rs 580 crore over multiple years.

These orders are to be executed over the next five years, starting FY2025, and comprise gaskets, heat shields, forgings, chassis and rubber hoses.

The EV-related business order from a large export OEM is worth Rs 270 crore, accounting for 46% of total new business. This order is for EDS brackets, transcradle brackets, mid-metal shields, S3 packs, and battery stampings, which will be handled by the company’s Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems JV.

The order for forging products for application in transmissions, engines, driveline and off-highway products is valued at Rs 120 crore. Multiple domestic OEMs have ordered heat shield products, valued at Rs 75 crore over five years. New business for Talbros’ gaskets from domestic and export OEM clientele is worth Rs 40 crore.

There is another order worth Rs 75 crore from a domestic OEM for muffler hangers, damper front and hose canister air suction, to be supplied by company JV, Talbros Marugo Rubber.
