The Strom R3, India’s most affordable three-wheeled electric vehicle, was launched by Strom Motors. Rumor has it that a new Strom 3 electric vehicle will be released shortly.
There are several cutting-edge features in the Strom R3. 4.3-inch digital instrument cluster, 7-inch touchscreen, IoT-based monitoring, voice control with 4G, GPS, and gesture control, and an adjustable driver seat. Climate control, power windows, a reverse camera with parking assistance, and remote keyless entry. With a range of up to 200 km, the 13 kW motor produces a maximum torque of 48 Nm. Both normal and fast charging are supported; the battery may be fully charged in three hours using fast charging.
With two wheels up front and one at the back, the Strom R3 is a distinctive three-wheeler. Two doors, two seats, a sunroof, a 300-liter boot, 12-inch alloy wheels, and three driving modes are all features of its small design.
The Strom R3, which debuted in 2021, cost Rs 4.5 lakh. Following the unveiling, pre-booking became available.
