By working with Hyundai, ChargeMOD, and GLIDA, the EV charging network Statiq intends to establish 5000 stations over the next two years.

The Statiq app will be completely linked with all chargers run by the partnered CPOs, providing users with visibility and accessibility to a broad network of charging stations. This provides nationwide coverage by including both the chargers that are already in use and those that are slated for deployment in the future.

Raghav Arora, Co-founder and CTO of Statiq said, “We are thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with our esteemed partners Hyundai, ChargeMOD, and GLIDA. With a customer base of 1.5 lakh users, we are poised to drive substantial adoption and improve the accessibility of EV charging infrastructure across India.”

“With a track record of deploying 7,000 chargers across tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities, Statiq aims to increase its EV chargers to 20,000 by the end of 2025,” he noted.

Building on the success of previous partnerships with CPOs like E-Fill and Sunfuel, which witnessed a 30% increase in the former’s network utilisation, Statiq is poised to onboard 5000 plus new public chargers through these partnerships, the release noted.

Awadhesh Kumar Jha, Executive Director,  GLIDA said, “As a leading EV charging solution provider, GLIDA’s strategic partnership with Statiq allows us to build a robust charging infrastructure pan-India. GLIDA is committed to making electric mobility mainstream, and through our collaborative approach, we aim to strengthen the industry and create multiple avenues providing ease of EV ownership to users.”
