Segway, a global leader in electric kick-scooters with over 13 million units sold worldwide, has launched its fastest and most advanced model yet—the GT3 Pro SuperScooter—now available in the U.S. and Canada. First showcased at CES 2025, the GT3 Pro sets new benchmarks in high-performance micromobility with a top speed of 49.7 mph and a maximum range of 86 miles on a single charge.

Powered by dual 3,500-watt motors delivering 7,000 watts of peak power and paired with a 2,160 Wh battery, the GT3 Pro accelerates from 0 to 30 mph in just 3.9 seconds in Ultra Boost Mode. Its new 72-volt architecture enhances power output and overall efficiency.

Tom Hebert, VP of Sales at Segway Inc., described the GT3 Pro as “the exotic supercar of electric scooters”, highlighting its combination of performance, technology, and style.

The scooter is equipped with dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes with S-ABS, dynamic traction control, adjustable front and rear suspension, and 11-inch self-sealing tires for improved stability. Segway’s proprietary SegRide™ Stability Enhancement ensures confident handling even at top speeds.

On the tech side, the GT3 Pro features AirLock hands-free unlocking, Apple Find My compatibility, an upgraded Battery Management System (BMS 2.0), and a full-colour TFT display providing navigation, ride stats, Bluetooth connectivity, and call alerts. It also includes a 14-watt automatic headlight, integrated turn signals, and brake lights for enhanced safety.

The GT3 Pro is available in a sleek black-and-champagne finish and is priced at $2,699.99 USD ($3,999.99 CAD). Customers can purchase it through Segway’s online stores in the U.S. and Canada, as well as via authorised Segway dealers.
