      Rosmerta Launches New Vehicle Scrapping Centre in Manesar

      Rosmerta Technologies has commissioned a vehicle scrapping centre – Rosmerta Recycling facility in Manesar, Haryana.

      Recycling RosermataThe facility, which is spread over 70,000 square feet, boasts state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure, with certifications for quality, environmental responsibility, and safety, as per government compliance.

      The facility is fully equipped to handle end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) of various types, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers, with an annual capacity to handle over 30,000 vehicles. It adheres to statutory norms for dismantling and disposing of scrap, ensuring that all processes are conducted in compliance with regulations.

      The company will deploy vehicle dismantling, segregation, crushing, compression, and recycling activities as part of the vehicle scrappage process.

      It aims to recycle a variety of materials, including aluminium scrap, copper wires, and tyres. Rosmerta Recycling will assist owners of ELVs in de-registering their vehicles from the respective Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) for a safe disposal, as well as offer them instant buy-back payments by hassle-free transactions.

      The company also aims to work closely with OEMs to drive sustainable recycling practices, ultimately contributing to a greener and more eco-conscious automotive ecosystem.

      It plans to establish 10 more recycling facilities nationwide within the next three years.
