The Vorsa, the latest American city-commuter e-bike from Ride1Up, has been launched recently. Ride1Up’s latest e-bike features a multipurpose frame of SUV design to support a maximum payload of up to 440 pounds (199.5 kg). It can go up to 28 mph (~48 kph), features a 750 W rear motor with 95 Nm of torque, and can climb slight inclines.
Its 720 Wh battery provides the Vorsa e-bike with a 60-mile (about 96.5 km) range before refills are required. You can change the eight speeds of the drive train via a grip shifter on the handlebar. There is improved night visibility via the rear-mounted taillight and a new profile LED light on the front.
For smooth cruising on bumpy roads and stone roads, the 8-speed bike has a 100 mm coil spring suspension fork with hydraulic lockout and Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5 x 2.6-inch touring tires. Ride1Up also equips the e-bike with 180 mm front and 203 mm rear star union hydraulic disk brakes. In addition, a new color LCD display on the handlebar gives mileage, speed, and charge percentage. Other than this, it also comes with Apple AirTag technology with Apple FindMy.
Also, the UL 2849 & 2271-approved e-bike weighs 70 lbs (31.5 kg) and measures 1825 x 1054 x 378 mm (71.8 x 41.4 x 14.8 inches). Other features include a dual-sensor pedal-assist, GPS location tracking, multi-class speed, and IPX6 water resistance.
The Ride1Up Vorsa electric bike, available in slate, sage, and glacial color options, can now be pre-ordered for $1,595 directly from Ride1Up’s official website. Check out Vorsa’s official product page for more information.
