Renault Group has secured the title of Zero Emission Fleet Manufacturer of the Year 2026 at the Fleet News Awards 2026, with the jury reaching a unanimous decision.
The recognition comes as a result of the company’s expanding electric vehicle range, which includes both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Its portfolio spans across brands like Dacia and Alpine, allowing it to cater to different customer segments and budgets.
From entry-level options such as the Dacia Spring to newer models like the Renault 5 E-Tech Electric and Renault 4 E-Tech Electric, the lineup reflects a clear focus on accessibility and variety.
Renault’s electric van range also played a major role in the win. Models including the Renault Kangoo E-Tech Electric and Renault Master E-Tech Electric—which offers up to 285 miles of range—have strengthened its appeal among fleet operators.
Looking ahead, the company plans to grow its EV portfolio further with upcoming vehicles like the Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric, expected to be its first software-defined model, along with future additions such as the Renault Twingo E-Tech Electric.
The award underlines Renault Group’s push to make electric mobility more practical and widely accessible, particularly for businesses transitioning to zero-emission fleets.
