RapidE Power & Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd and iGo Wise Mobility Pvt Ltd today announced a strategic partnership to deploy RapidE Power’s Battery Swap via Delivery service using iGO’s BeiGO X4 Rugged Utility Vehicle. The collaboration is designed to make premium electric mobility accessible by removing the “charging anxiety” and high upfront costs for both business and individual customers.
Under the partnership, RapidE Power’s Battery Swap via Delivery service will be offered under the broader EaaS/BaaS framework, enabling customers to opt for a battery-on-subscription model. After a simple onboarding process that includes a small security deposit, customers can pay a monthly subscription and receive batteries delivered to their location as per a pre-determined schedule. This model completely eliminates the need for home or workplace charging infrastructure and frees users from daily charging responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free EV experience.
The collaboration will cater to both B2B and B2C customers, including fleet operators, last-mile delivery companies and individual consumers, with offerings tailored to specific usage patterns and operational requirements. The service will go live in Hyderabad and Bangalore from day one IAand soon expanded to other cities Maharashtra and Odisha.
