He will be joined by Mr. Sandeep Mathur, who has over 30 years of experience in IT hardware and power electronics. In his capacity as vice president of sales at MTEKPOWER, he will be in charge of product development, innovation, and go-to-market strategies for the inverter and battery businesses. His background with Microtek International Pvt. Ltd. and Okaya Power has equipped him to strengthen OPG Mobility’s nationwide distribution network and diversify its product offering.

The recently hired executives will work together to fortify the company’s position in the market, develop product lines that prioritise innovation, and broaden its scope throughout India’s EV value chain.

“On behalf of the top management, I warmly welcome not just leaders but catalysts of transformation who fuel our vision for the future of mobility,” stated Mr Anand Amrit Raj, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), OPG Mobility, in response to the appointments. Their visit is a crucial step in reaffirming our dedication to creating an innovative, people-powered organisation. We are creating a legacy of excellence together.

“I am honoured to be part of OPG Mobility during a defining phase of growth in the EV and Energy Solutions Sector,” Mr Raushan Kumar said in a statement regarding the appointment. “I’m excited to use my knowledge to fortify MTEKPOWER’s sales and distribution strategy, create strong channel alliances, and open up scalable growth potential in light of the industry’s rapid change.
