Olectra Greentech Limited has unveiled a new brand identity in Hyderabad, marking a strategic shift from its core focus on electric bus manufacturing to a broader role in integrated mobility and energy solutions across domestic and global markets.
The rebranding introduces the tagline “Transforming Everyday” and is built around three pillars — Pragmatic Futurism, Accessible Innovation, and Trusted Guide. As part of the transition, the company has reinterpreted its logo, with the central triangle now termed the “Olectra Prism,” symbolising structural strength, and the surrounding circle described as the “Olectra Universe,” representing the wider ecosystem of cities, stakeholders, and infrastructure.
The development comes as Olectra reports a strong order book of over 10,000 vehicles and a deployed base of more than 3,600 electric vehicles across India, which have cumulatively covered over 500 million kilometres. Its current portfolio includes electric buses, trucks, and tippers, largely catering to government clients.
Headquartered in Hyderabad and part of the MEIL Group, Olectra continues to expand its presence in urban and intercity public transport, positioning itself for the next phase of growth in the evolving clean mobility ecosystem.
