Ola Electric has improved the features and functionality of its S1 X electric scooter with a major update. With the most recent update, the scooter may now automatically receive software upgrades over-the-air (OTA) without requiring a trip to the repair centre. Customers can now effortlessly maintain their scooters updated with the newest software enhancements thanks to this new feature.
The Vacation Mode, which enables the scooter to go into a deep sleep when not in use for lengthy periods, is one of the new features that jumps out. Long stretches of inactivity can help prolong battery life with this update. Additionally, Ola has added enhanced regenerative braking, or “regen,” which allows the scooter to cruise while the battery is being recharged. To further improve functionality and user convenience, the S1 X now has “find my scooter,” ride statistics, and energy insights.
The deliveries of the updated S1 X commenced in May, and it is available with three different battery pack options: 2 kW, 3 kW, and 4 kW. The respective prices for these variants are ₹74,999, ₹84,999, and ₹99,999 (ex-showroom). The latest updates to the Ola S1 X electric scooter significantly enhance its features and performance, making it a more versatile and user-friendly option for consumers. With a range of battery options, advanced regenerative braking, and new modes, the S1 X caters to a wide array of needs, offering something for everyone in the electric scooter market.
