The Ola Roadster, Ola Electric’s maiden electric motorcycle, was launched recently in India. Moreover, Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola Cabs and CEO of Ola Electric, shared a video and some images of himself pulling out the very first Roadster from the assembly line a couple of days ago. Some images of the newly launched Ola Roadster X at an Ola Electric store have now become viral on the internet.
These images depict the anthracite-finished Ola Roadster parked on a pedestal inside an Ola Electric showroom. As per these images, the company is set to begin delivering these electric bikes.
Specifications of the Ola Roadster X
As mentioned earlier, the Roadster X is the company’s first electric motorcycle. After a lot of effort, this model was finally launched on February 5 of this year. Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal announced at the launch ceremony that the Roadster’s base prices are Rs 89,999 for the 2.5 kWh variant, Rs 99,999 for the 3.5 kWh version, and Rs 1,09,999 for the 4.5 kWh version.
Design
Made for the mass market, this commuter electric bike presents a unique approach to design. This stylish bike displays a naked streetfighter design and a look that is out of this world. The motorcycle also has an extremely small DRL and a clean LED headlight. They are accompanied by an ergonomically mounted handlebar, a one-piece seat, and a very large grab grip at the rear.
Features
When it comes to features, the Ola Roadster has a nice amount of them. TPMS, regen cruise control, MoveOS 5, single-channel ABS, brake-by-wire, a 4.3-inch LCD segment display, and a reverse mode are some of them. Also, it will get vacation mode, GPS connectivity, OTA updates, and predictive maintenance.
