      The electric scooter firm Ola Electric Mobility Ltd, managed by Bhavish Aggarwal, is also prepared to release its Q4 results of FY25 shortly, as the earnings season is underway and companies listed on the BSE and NSE are announcing their earnings for the quarter that ended March 31, 2025.

      In its exchange filing today, Ola Electric Mobility notified the stock exchanges that the company’s board of directors will meet on Thursday, May 29, 2025, among other things, to review and approve the audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the fourth quarter and fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2025.

      In the exchange filing, Bhavish Aggarwal’s company stated, “We would like to notify you that the Board of Directors of Ola Electric Mobility Limited (“the Company”) will meet on Thursday, May 29, 2025, among other things, to review and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2025.”

      Around 1:34 PM on February 7, Ola Electric released its third-quarter FY25 earnings. Thus, on Thursday, May 29, 2025, it is anticipated to make its Q4 FY25 results announcement at approximately the same time.

      Additionally, Ola Electric announced that the trading window for the company’s securities has been closed since April 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the company’s financial results are announced.

      According to Ola Electric Mobility, the company’s consolidated loss for the quarter that ended on December 31, 2024, increased to Rs 564 crore from Rs 376 crore in the same quarter the year before.

      In addition to reporting a loss of Rs 495 crore in Q2 FY25, the company’s net loss and operating revenue decreased sequentially. In the same quarter, the topline was Rs 1,214 crore.

      Even though the company reduced its Q3 FY25 expenses to Rs 1,505 crore from Rs 1,593 crore in Q2 FY25 and Rs 1,597 crore in Q3 FY24, the quarterly losses were larger on a YoY and QoQ basis.

      On the BSE, shares of Ola Electric Mobility closed at Rs 52.55 today, down 0.68 percent from the previous closing of Rs 52.91.
