      Ola Electric Commences Deliveries of S1 Pro Gen 2 E-Scooter

      Ola Electric has kicked off the deliveries of its all-new S1 Pro Gen 2 electric scooter.

      Ola deliveriesThis upgraded version, built on the Gen-2 platform, introduces significant engineering improvements, offering an enhanced riding experience and setting new performance standards.

      Deliveries of the S1 Pro Gen 2 have begun in over 100 cities, with additional markets to follow.

      Priced at INR 1,47,499, the S1 Pro Gen 2 boasts a redesigned battery pack, powertrain, electrical & electronic system, a reimagined frame and suspension, and a potent mid-drive motor with 11kW peak power.

      These structural enhancements have reduced the scooter’s weight by 6 kg, resulting in an extended range of 195 km and an industry-leading top speed of 120 km/h. Moreover, the S1 Pro Gen 2 accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.6 seconds, making it the fastest electric scooter available in the Indian market.

      A representative from Ola expressed their enthusiasm, saying, “We are thrilled to begin delivering our flagship scooter, the S1 Pro Gen 2. With its outstanding specifications and cutting-edge technology, the new S1 Pro stands as one of the most advanced scooters in the nation. Building upon the success of the S1 Pro Gen 1, we believe that the S1 Pro Gen 2 will play a crucial role in advancing the transition away from internal combustion engines in this segment.”

      The S1 Pro Gen 2 now features a flat floorboard and a twin-fork setup at the front, along with mono shock suspension at the rear, further enhancing the ride quality.

      Available in five different colors (Jet Black, Matt White, Stellar, Midnight Blue, and Amethyst), the electric scooter offers an impressive 34-litre boot space and stronger grab rails.

      Potential buyers can access information about the S1 Pro Gen 2 and explore financing options at one of Ola’s network of over 1,000 Experience Centres across the country, completing their purchase journey through the Ola App.
