Odysse Electric Vehicles, one of India’s fastest-growing premium electric two-wheeler manufacturers, has launched its latest high-speed electric scooter, the Odysse SUN. Designed for modern commuters seeking performance, comfort, and smart features, the scooter combines a powerful drivetrain, premium ergonomics, and segment-leading storage.

The Odysse SUN is powered by a 2500-watt peak motor, delivering a top speed of 70 km/h. It is available with two AIS 156-approved lithium-ion battery options — 1.95 kWh with a range of around 85 km and 2.90 kWh offering approximately 130 km per charge. Both batteries can be fully charged in 4 to 4.5 hours.

Built for urban versatility, the scooter offers three transmission modes — Drive, Parking, and Reverse — along with telescopic front suspension, front and rear disc brakes, a digital meter, and hydraulic multi-level adjustable shock absorbers. Safety and convenience are enhanced by a keyless start-stop system, LED lighting, a double flash reverse light, and a spacious 32-litre under-seat storage compartment.

A standout feature is the aviation-grade cushioned plus-size comfort seat, designed to provide exceptional ergonomics for daily commutes and long city rides. Speaking at the launch, Nemin Vora, CEO of Odysse Electric Vehicles, said:

“Odysse SUN is built for the modern rider who wants more power, more comfort, and a smarter electric ride. This launch reflects our commitment to making electric mobility both aspirational and accessible.”

The Odysse SUN is available in four colours — Patina Green, Gunmetal Grey, Phantom Black, and Ice Blue — priced at ₹81,000 for the 1.95 kWh variant and ₹91,000 for the 2.90 kWh variant (ex-showroom). Bookings are open online and through the company’s dealership network.

With its blend of performance, range, and premium comfort, the Odysse SUN aims to set a new benchmark in India’s high-speed electric scooter segment.
