Odysse Electric Vehicles, one of India’s fastest-growing premium electric two-wheeler manufacturers, has announced a significant step toward strengthening India’s sustainable mobility ecosystem by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shriram Green Finance Limited. The strategic partnership aims to make electric two-wheelers more accessible and affordable for consumers across the country through simplified and flexible financing solutions.

Announced in Mumbai on November 24, 2025, the collaboration will enable everyday riders, small business owners, gig-economy delivery executives, and families to purchase Odysse’s electric scooters with ease via Shriram Green Finance’s extensive national network. With more flexible loan structures and wider financial access, the partnership is expected to accelerate mass EV adoption, particularly in commuter and commercial segments.

Nemin Vora, Founder and CEO of Odysse Electric, emphasised the transformative vision behind the alliance. He stated that the partnership is not just a business agreement but a commitment to revolutionising mobility in India.

“By uniting advanced EV innovation with inclusive financing, we are opening the doors to a cleaner, smarter, and democratically accessible mobility ecosystem. Together, we aim to empower every citizen to be part of the electric revolution and shape a future where sustainability is not an option but a way of life,” Vora said.

Shriram Green Finance Limited also highlighted the impact of the partnership on India’s environmental and mobility goals. Commenting on the MoU, Nanda Gopal, National Business Head, noted,

“With this MoU, Odysse and Shriram Green Finance aim to reduce barriers to EV adoption, accelerate deployment of zero-emission commercial vehicles, and contribute to India’s mission of achieving net-zero emissions.”

With India witnessing rapid growth in electric two-wheeler adoption, this collaboration is poised to significantly support the country’s push toward sustainable transportation. By offering easier access to Odysse’s premium EV lineup and empowering consumers with affordable financing, the partnership strengthens the broader vision of cleaner cities, reduced emissions, and a future-ready mobility landscape.
