Neuron Energy has announced a strategic partnership with Hexall Motors. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the electric vehicle (EV) industry with the introduction of a groundbreaking product from Hexall Motors.
Hexall Motors has unveiled a pioneering L5 category vehicle featuring a double front wheel, the first of its kind in the world. This innovative design, which has been patented and approved by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), is set to revolutionise the market. As part of this partnership, Neuron Energy will supply 1000 custom-designed battery packs to Hexall Motors over the next year, starting from June 2024.
The collaboration is expected to generate an annual revenue of ₹20 crore for Neuron Energy. The supplied battery packs are 16 KWR fast-charging high-speed units, specially engineered for light commercial vehicles (LCVs). Neuron Energy has tailored these battery packs to meet the unique requirements of Hexall Motors’ new vehicle, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency

Our vehicles are very different and new in this category, with unique configurations. Therefore, we needed special battery packs with advanced Battery Management Systems (BMS), high-speed charging, and a higher range to meet the needs of our vehicles. We sought a partner who could work collaboratively with us and understand our technology. With Neuron Energy’s battery packs, we found exactly that. Hexall Motors’ new vehicle, set to debut in the Delhi NCR region, boasts several advantages. It offers substantial cargo volume, making it the preferred choice for last-mile delivery companies, particularly for transporting electronic goods and oversized cargo. With a container depth of 8.5 feet, it stands out as one of the largest in its segment. The double front wheel design enhances stability, providing a safer and more reliable option for urban transportation.
